Sometimes, purchases can take some time to come through. Please allow for 10-15 minutes to pass for your order to be processed.


If you purchased something in the QuizMart and haven't received your item after 15 minutes, you can send us a message. It's very important to include the following information:

  • Your User ID (can be found by going to Settings -> About)
  • A screenshot of your receipt from the App Store or the Play Store
  • Choose "I didn't get my order" in the Type of Request field in the message form.
